We recently celebrated our first nomadiversary! In that short year and the 7 months before, The Tin Can has gone through many upgrades and renovations. So, in this post I would like to share some of our favorites. Some of these are just accessories that make the RV life easier. Others are pretty major renovations.
5. RV Closet
This renovation has made a huge difference in our clothing storage. Clean and dirty clothes. It gave us a new closet and place to keep our dirty laundry basket.
4. SolidSteps
Our Lippert SolidSteps are a huge improvement over the factory, diving board steps. They are absolutely worth the price!
3. Black Tank Flush
This black tank flush nozzle has cut down odor tremendously. If you don’t have a black tank flush, you need one!
2. Slide Renovation
The renovation we performed on the slide gave Angelica and I a desk to work at. It also gave Crush a new real twin size bed.
1. Dometic 310 Toilet
Yeah I know. A toilet is one of your favorite things? It is! The Tin Can previously had a short toilet with the flush lever on the side. The Dometic 310 is much taller, like a sticks and bricks toilet. And best of all it is pedal flush!
Well, there is. It’s short and sweet. But these renovations and accessories have made a big impact in our RV life. Thank you tagging along with us this past year! We hope this one will have even more adventures and possibly more new mods and accessories. Thanks again!
